Entry #2 The Greatest Musician Alive?

The Greatest Musician Alive?

Many of you are probably skeptical reading this but don't worry this I just MY opinion on the greatest and of course for those who know me would know my favorite is ... Marshall Bruce Mathers III ... aka Eminem. Its funny because he's been my all time favorite music artist since the 7th grade.

It all started on the bus in middle school. I wasn't as technologically advanced as the kids in my grade. While they carried around they're MP3 players I had an old beat up walk man and the first cd that was given to me (by my older brother) was Eminem's "Relapse."

At first I was scared of the lyrics they were violent and explicit but after awhile I became obsessed and I loved him. Anything that had to do with him I knew it any album he released  bought it. Now many would dispute the thought of Eminem being the greatest artist but I can't help it. He's the only artist where I haven't heard something of his I didn't like. For that I say he's the greatest.

  1. That is awesome that you find Eminem as your favorite music artist. He is my favorite artist now. My first artist that I liked the most was Tupac, but Eminem continues to put out new work that makes it hard for him to not be at the top. I also find it funny how the first cd you received was Relapse, which was a violent album and considered one of his worst albums. My personal favorite album of his was Marshall Mather LP. Continue supporting a great artist because I know I will.

  2. Eminem is has a humorous side as well as a dark, serious side to him. I like his music, too. I think, however, I like 8 Mile the movie more. He shows, of course, his story (some do not believe it is) and how he overcame adversity to get where he is today. Although I do like his music, I am still a die-hard Five Finger Death Punch kind of guy! Good read.
